During his time at UT, LeVanuel became deeply involved in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., an organization noted for its commitment to fostering leadership, academic excellence, and community service among African American men. His involvement with the fraternity reinforced his commitment to civic engagement, providing him with numerous opportunities to lead and participate in community service projects that had tangible impacts on underserved communities. After college, LeVanuel began his career as a Juvenile Youth Counselor, applying his sociological knowledge to aid young people in overcoming social challenges. His empathetic approach and commitment to positive change greatly influenced his interactions with the youth, making a lasting impact on their lives. This role was the first step in a career path that would eventually lead him into project management, where he has excelled for over two decades. In this role, LeVanuel is known for his strategic thinking, his ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and his knack for steering complex projects to success. Outside of his professional life, LeVanuel is a devoted family man who cherishes the opportunity to explore the world with his loved ones.
